PL Included in HRSA’s Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Best Practices

The RWHAP Best Practices Compilation gathers and disseminates interventions that improve outcomes along the HIV care continuum.

In 2022, PositiveLinks was included in the best practices compilation as an evidence-based intervention. PositiveLinks is the clinic-centered engagement in care program in Virginia. A version of the program is distributed outside Virginia by Warm Health Technology as PL Cares. The TargetHIV website offers a compilation of resources to explore to find inspiration and new ideas for improving the care of people with HIV.
